What You Can Ship

  • Packaged electronics (laptops, accessories)

  • Clothing, textiles (boxed)

  • General merchandise (non-fragile)

  • Non-hazardous consumer goods

Important restrictions — we cannot accept:

  • Liquids, aerosols, flammable or corrosive materials

  • Precious metals, jewellery, currency, securities

  • Perishables, plants, live animals

  • Unpackaged fragile glass, artwork without proper crating

  • Items exceeding our dimensional or weight limits

  • Items misdeclared or improperly packaged


If you need to ship something unusual, contact us first for approval.

Packaging Guidelines
To protect your parcel and ensure smooth transit:

  • Use a sturdy box or crate; double-wall if heavy

  • Wrap contents with bubble wrap, foam, or padding

  • Ensure that fragile items are well cushioned inside the box

  • Seal seams properly with strong tape

  • Affix the waybill in a plastic pouch or clearly on the exterior

  • The parcel must survive a 1 m drop test without damage


We reserve the right to refuse collection or delivery if packaging is inadequate.
Pickup Timelines
We always pick up the same day the request is made if it is made before 12noon. However, requests after 12noon will be picked up the next day. Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on location.
